I was charged $87.77 on January 8th and $87.77 again on January 13th according to my bank statement that I received today. I had not been told that this charge would be billed to my account. This resulted in $34.00 overdraft charge for the January 8th charge and $34.00 again for the January 13th charge by my bank. I called the 800 number on my statement to cancel this before any more charges came out and requested a refund. I was told I would be refunded only $74.60 for each $87.77 charge. I strongly demand that the full amount of $87.77 and $87.77 plus the $34.00 and $34.00 overdraft charges be immediately returned to my account. I have not even opened the first bottles I had been sent because, according to my doctor, I should not take them due to all of the other medications I have to take. I am disabled and on Social Security which is not much and sometimes not even enough to get my medications and pay all of my bills. Sometimes I don't even have enough money to get through the end of the month and have had to do without eating except for the help from my sister, who also has financial problems and cannot always help me out. If this is not done soon, I will look for legal ways to get my money back and I guarantee I will return the bottles to you as soon as I get my money back so I can afford to mail it to you. I have not received the January 13th shipment yet, but it will be returned immediately. The confirmation # CFO434405 and cancellation numbers RFO1294672 and RFO1322740 were given to me by the person I talked to when I called today January 16th, 2010. I expect to hear from you immediately.
