Do not do business with this crooked company. Ordered a $170 bedspread. Arrived torn in 7 places. They initially promised to refund but after 6 months they have not, and will not return emails nor phone messages, although they continue to do business online. Did not respond to Better Business Bureau multiple inquiries.

Details: Immediately (same day) sent them email with photos. They said they would refund our money within a couple weeks. Then said they were waiting to get their money back from DHL as it must have been torn in transit. Then simply stopped all contact. Their customer service line says "all operators are busy with other clients", but this is not true. Their number simply goes to an answering machine.
