I want to know since the company cancelled my credit card and I called to inquire about it no one could give me a reason but yet each month I amd getting charged ad $10.00 monthly maintence fee. I was never late with any of my payments so how can I restore my credit when this company cancelled the card for no reason, my payments were made on time because I always made them online and they continue to charge me services as if I am still utilizing the card?

If there is a class action lawsuit against this company where would I find the information because this seems to constitute as unfair practices.

My original account was with Imagine credit card. Imagine sold my account to Tribute, who in turn proceeded to close it. They continue to add ridiculous maintenace fees to this account, which is closed, therefore, why maintenance fees?? This company, I've noticed has done this to many others.
My account with Imagine was active for 4 or 5 years, and I had been late, MAYBE, two or three times in those years. I don't understand how they continue to get away with this. I thought my account was in pretty good standing. When I review my credit report, there is no negative feedback from this account. I don't get it!

charged me a large set up fee I used the card for afew months then they canceled ny credit card they just took my money

I was just calling in to cancel my automatic payment since I do not have the same bank anymore. When I called I heard that the accounts management deceided to close all service and there is no changing their mind and the company is terminated. I didn't receive a notice but I recieve a phone call that my automatic payment didn't go through since I canelled my bank choice two months ago. I called for between 11:32 am, eastern time, and 11:46 am trying to get answers and what made it so bad is that the same two people kept answering. I called Account Inquiry and Elma kept answering claiming she can't answer any of my questions and sent me to customer service which was George who can't understand english one bit. Everytime I called each number I received the same person, odd. Because that never happend before when I called there. I can't get any answers about my account, the charges or why I didn't receive a notice. I have no idea what to do.

There was a discrepancy on my payment due date. I called them numerous amount of times to get them to deduct from my checking to avoid this from happening. They stated that I needed to wait until account was current; because they were constantly charging me late based on payment due date. Even though my payments were made before the end of the month. I also tripled my payments to get back on track. I attempted to go online and make payment and realized after making my triple payment; which they aggreed would keep my account open. They lied and closed my account anyway and then deducted an unauthorized payment from my account .
