Misleading advertising
So much for a free trial! Yes the ad says you need to send the product back in 14 days for a free trial, but what acne product even works that fast. I have been told over and over again that six weeks is a reasonable time frame to evaluate the effectiveness of an acne treatment. So... I let the time lapse to really give the product a chance and about the time I had given up, another box of Auto ship product arrived. In tiny little type at the bottom of the web page you can access a toll free number for customer service. When I told them that I had an unopened box to return, they said they were sorry, but they can only give refunds on the trial product shipment. All auto ship product is a final sale. After accusing them of being a rip off company, they finally agreed to refund me $40.
Conclusion, not only did this product not work on my adult acne, but the company is obviously trying to make some serious cash with the auto ship program.

Unauthorized Charge
I have read everyones complaint about this company and I couldn't believe it. I never heard of this company until I received a package from them today and tried to call them and both there numbers were busy. I called my credit card company and they told me that I have 7 charges from them. I immediately put a block on my credit card and got a new number along with a dispute form. The good thing about my credit card company is that they put back all those charges and will file a formal complaint about the company and give me an opportunity to dispute it. I already filed a complaint with the BBB in california. My advice is to contact your credit card company and put a block on your card and replace it with a new number. These people are nasty, money hungry people. I hope that everyone who is a victim of this company will come out ok. I wish you the best!

Deceptive marketing!
You have 14 days to cancel your trial and if you don't you may get a bad surprise in your bank account and by the time it takes you to figure this out they say the 30 day return policy is up even though you haven't gotten the product!!! It cost 69.95 dollars for the first month of it then the price goes up to 73 dollars. So DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

Unauthorized charge!
Tricler took 75.90 out of my account without permission and with out product, which was canceled. When you order the sample for 6.95 , the bill you two weeks later for 75.90. Please be advised they are rude and not co-operative.

TriClear Strikes Again
I wish I had read the complaints board prior to dealing with TriClear. This company should be reported to the BBB with the apparent reputation that they have. I applied for the trial use of the TriClear product line. I cancelled shortly there after. They still charged and sent me another "subscription" of the solution. I had to call again and when I did the customer representative was totally unprofessional and rude. She implied that I was a liar and stupid for not adhering to their "trial policies". This company clearly uses the trial period as the scam to get your financial information. Once they have your financial info, then be prepared for continued billing regardless of the number of times you call to cancel. BUYER BEWARE OF TRICLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!

Triclear - GREAT PRODUCT!
I do agree the product has GREAT RESULTS on my daughter's skin! My daughter was at the end of her rope with all the acne products in the store. We seen this product pop up on a yahoo page one day and since then my daughters face is a whole new look. She is more confident and makes the effort to go out more and enjoy herself instead of being so consumed with her looks and what people will think. So in my personal opinion, the product has to get out to the public in someway, shape or form. I am not upset at all how we found out about this product. There is an old saying " don't knock it, till you try it"
THANKS TRICLEAR!

dishonest business
I can tell you from experience that the only way to deal with this company is to dispute the charges with your credit card company!!!!! They are also Onlingo, Dermitage, Internet Career Kit and probably many more!
I also got some direct phone numbers....thier parent company is Syndero located in San Francisco. You can speak with thier CEO Brad Klaus and explain the poor service you have received from his so called CS dept. I also found the name of thier VP of "Customer Service" Corri Tanner on thier web site, however he is never available and I was told by "Merredeth" that he does not speak to customers--EVER!!! Wow....what service Mr. Tanner! I did get his personal email as well as Brad which are ctanner and bklaus @syndero.com....
I hope you can all get some help this way! Please help get the word out!!!!!
