Strategies to beat Triclear at their own game
PLEASE BE AWARE, TRICLEAR, is attempting to play the public for fools... after joining and paying for the free trial products, they charged a small amount for shipping.. i believe it was $5.95(according to my bank statement online). You have 14 day for the trial period, before they will charge your credit card.

In the email they initially sent, if you scroll to the very bottom of the email, the text isn't in blue or black ink, it changes to a very light color of gray. BUT, its important to read it.

If you allow the trial period to expire, which is on the 14th day, they will charge your card, then you are stuck. HOWEVER, in the email, it states that you MUST CALL for a RMA # if you want to send the product back AFTER the free trial period. (You do not need a rma # if the free trial is still in effect).

But why wait till the trial ends. After a week or so, just call and cancel like i did. OF COURSE, they asked for the Product to be sent back. (I have never heard of that before in my life, but I will). And OF COURSE, it is important that the product arrives before that 14 days expires, because YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

When sending it back, make sure it is sent certified or some type of way for you to receive confirmation that they signed for the item.

Here is the address that you can send it back to:
Please mail the entire product to:

Don't wait idly by hoping that they won't bill your account.
Thanks to the members of this board, I have figured out a new strategy.

I bank with Provident Bank, and I used the Mastercard debit card when purchasing triclear. All you have to do, is tell the bank that you would like to cancel that card and receive a new one.

My bank, will cancel the current card, and will give me another card, before I leave their establishment. What a experience!! So there is no way that Triclear will be able to charge you on the 14th day.

So, I will be at Provident in the morning, canceling the card, and receiving another one. Then, I will go to the Post Office, to send off the rest of the triclear back to them, by certified mail.

CASE CLOSED.

Also, I just checked my bank account online, triclear hasn't tried to charge me yet. My trial period ends, October 9th. Tomorrow, is only the 4th.

Good Luck to all who read this and hopefully follow this advice.

If money has been taken out of your account, you must get a rma # from the company, by calling the phone number above. You must request that the monies be put back in your account.

Also, you can complain to the bank about the charge. My bank, will REMOVE ONE CHARGE per year. So, check and see what your bank will do for you.

Fraud and cheating!
I would suggest that you also take a look at the other posting on here, it has a lot of info about triclear's parent company Syndero, and their contact info along with their other products Onlingo, Dermitage, Internet Career Kit, and whatever else they are hiding behind.

I had a similar situation with this company and after threatening them with my local Attorney Generals office here in Florida, the BBB, and filing a chargeback with my bank they finally agreed to refund my money.

I would suggest that you don't stop with the CSR's, demand a supervisor or manager and if they still wont help you demand to go higher. All the names are on the Syndero web site of their Board of Directors along with the founders of the company Brad Klaus and the VP of Customer Service listed as Corri Tanner.

In my dealings I was able to get a direct number to her which is (707) 864-6194 and (707) 292-4434. I also found their email addresses listed as [email protected] and [email protected].

Once I contacted Ms. Tanner she seemed willing to do anything to stop me from contacting the Board of Directors about the service (or lack there of) which I received from her department. She agreed to refund my account in full for 3 months worth of products and canceled any further attempts to my card.

I hope that this helps you! They cannot continue to get away with scamming peoples money!!!

Fraud and cheating!
I got the trial version in a week I called them to cancel it.. long waiting time.. so I kept trying for few days... I finally got them after 17 days and guess what.. There was a charge of 69.95$ on my credit card. no matter how much I tried to tell them that I tried to cancel before, they wouldn't agree. They only agreed to pay 40$ back. I did read the terms & conditions, but i was not able to reach them due to long waiting times. All they sell is freaking salicyc acid... buy it in walmart and it gives the same results.

Don't buy this product... Customer service sucks...

Fraud, charges made without consent!
I was surfing the net when a pop up of triclear came on my screen. It clearly states FREE TRIAL just pay 6.95 s&h. NO WHERE in there did it say only for 14 days!! That's bull-sh*t when they told me that over the phone. I found out I had two charges, one for 69.95 and another for 76.90. I was so mad!... I called them up and the stupid customer service rep. hung up the phone one me twice. What kind of service is that?... anyways... they only refunded me 69.95 and 50.00 (a partial refund) of the free trial kit?!?... That's messed up. That business don't deserve to be around. They're just money hungry and will target anyone!!! WATCH OUT!

Unauthorized charges for crappy product
I was offered a free trial and told that future shipments would be charged at $6.95-NOT $69.95!! There is no way in hell I would have approved this charge for this crappy product!

I've requested these shipments be stopped-hopefully this will work. Why isn't anyone investigating them?

Free Trial and charge!
I sent for a free trial and was charged for the free trial. That was ok. But then there was no return address to send it back if I did not want to keep it. I then notified customer service about this and let them know that they had also withdrew $69.00 from my bank account. I wanted the $69.00 put back and no more TriClear sent. I did want an address so that I could send the trial box back. That was last week and still have not heard anything from them. Today is Aug.1st. They took out 6.95 on July 5 and then took out the 69.95 on July 24. I canceled, they took the money and sent nothing, which I do not want either now.

Beware!

Fraud and cheating!
I was going through this site and there was a commit from TriClear that if you had a customer complaint then you could e-mail it to :[email protected]. I did this and it came up that the page could not be found. Way to go Tri Clear. Waste more of our time while we are trying to get our money back.

Internet fraud!
I received a 'free' trial product in the mail from TriClear. I did not place this order and wonder how they got my credit card and address information. In fact, it appeared to be a free sample! There was no return information in the package, and when I called their customer service number on the day the package was received, I was on hold for 25 minutes. I was furious. The cust. service rep. told me the email address that was associated with the order, and I did not recognize that address. I ended the call without getting the return address and had to repeat the process. Something fishy is going on at this company. Based on the earlier complaints, now I wonder if I have another package in the mail on the way? I had to cancel my credit card over this issue.

Cancel of product - rip off!
When I ordered the trial product for my son, it did not work. As a matter of fact it was worse.

When I received an additional package, I called and canceled the product and returned the package. This was as of 6/29/2007. They refuse to refund my money, or acknowledge my return. When I called they hung up on me

Do not use or order anything from this company

Cannot get threw
I like many others apparently, went for the "free" trial and later found a 69.95 charge on my account. I have tried to contact customer service 8 times over 3 weeks and every time, i wait the phone for over 20 minutes!!! There was no return address on any package. Once i finally got through to customer service, they told me that they would not refund me for the package because it had already been 30 days. After speaking with the supervisor they agreed to credit $40 back into my account. What a headache.
