My husband passed away 2 years ago and I was looking to make a small income to supplement my part-time job.I saw an advert on the Internet about a software program that can help you earn an income at home and made an enquiry on-line.
The company I am talking about is Intervest Global, also known as TriLogics.
When selling the product they tell you their office is directly above The Office of Fair Trading at Southport and so have nothing hide. After many months of consideration and actually going to their office to meet with the General Manager, I made the decision to buy the program.
I bought at the end of May and commenced training immediately at the start of June. After 4 months of training, which involves what they call "paper trading", which is just practicing, I was ready to trade "live". What they also tell you when you buy the program is that it is best if you are NOT a gambler, which I am certainly not. This is all about numbers and mathematical probability is what you are told. Of course it is horses we are dealing with and you will lose, they tell you that. But if you follow the guidelines you will come out ahead.
But here is where my problem began to surface and I had no idea this would happen until I started to trade "LIVE". Which I only did for a few weeks.
I very quickly came to realize that I could not handle the pressure it put on me to operate the system. My trainer told me that I had to toughen up and to not let my emotions take over. In a very short space of time I became very stressed and got so sick from the nervousness I was experiencing that I very nearly ended up in hospital.
I knew straight away what was causing my anxiety and stopped using it "live" immediately.
I tried to explain this to all the senior management of Trilogics and even forwarded them my doctors certificate. I offered to pay for all the training sessions, but they would not offer ANY kind of refund. I explained that at no time in the future would I ever try it again as I am too scared to put that kind of pressure on myself again.
It is not a matter of me changing my mind. It is the fact I have paid so much for something, that for medical reasons, brought on by operating their program, I simply cannot use. I am not asking for a full refund. I feel under the circumstances if they had any shred of decency they would consider at least a partial refund.
I paid nearly $18, 000 for a link to be downloaded onto my computer that I cannot use. It is not like I want to return a "used" product that cannot be re-sold.
I thought they were such a professional organization. They certainly come across that way when they sell you the product and even when training you. But I would like to warn anyone considering buying this software that they do not have a conscience. There is NO WAY they will ever consider giving you any kind of refund, no matter how genuine or desperate your situation is.
