I purchased the Colan cleanse and the Acai Reduce. They charged my card got that taken off but they are still charging me 19.50 a month for each. I want it reversed and not charged again. But I need a phone # or email address. Can you help me?

I stupidly tried the free trial offer for acai berries, just pay P&P of £2.95. I have just received my bank statement and I have been charged £122.97 by TRIMDOWN. I have emailed them and asked for an immediate refund or I will take legal action to recover the money. I have never been scammed before and feel quite sick that I've been taken in.

POSTSCRIPT 9 MAY 2011 I am delighted to tell you that - after an exchange of emails, I have had this money refunded to my account.

Advice to all: if you have been the victim of this company TRIMDOWN OR SHARKILAGE do tell them that you will call in your solicitors if they don't refund your money.

In all honesty, their customer service people were very nice and prompt in answering my emails, and the refund appeared relatively quickly, considering they said it could take up to 30 days.
