Company Trinity Lending and I feel that I was a victim of a bait and switch mortgage. First of all Trinity Lending represented
Themselves as a company of GMAC Mortgage which was my mortgage company at the time and the offered a refinance that
Would lower my monthly payment by $1000.00 per month. This was in December of 2006. I went through the procedures and

The $2800.00 and spoke with a loan officer named Josh Martinez and he stated that the check was lost and Homewide never received it
And it would be reissued. Third thing was the fact that Trinity Lending never told me that the type of mortgage we signed for was a negative
Am. And our principal balance you go up monthly effecting our equity each year. I called Homewide and tried to get them to cancel the escrow
Account and waive the 3 year pre payment penalty they put on the loan but the refused to do so. After I explained to them that none of these
Items were discussed or told to my wife and I until the show up in the documents at the time we closed. I need some help with I can contact
