unauthorized credit charge

We went online to check our credit on the site, freecreditreport.com. We were unimpressed with the information available. They were incorrect about addressesses, names, dates, jobs etc... So we canceled the subscription that same day!! They went ahead and charged my credit card anyway! Now I do still have access to the site, I logged in to check and to see how to contact them. I am still trying to work this out with them, but they are not being very accomodating!!

Never received my credit report

Today 5/16. I filled out the site for a free credit report, 30 day trial and get all 3 reports and score. After i put in my cc# and information i submitted it. All i received was a statement "unable to process your request. For further assistance email us [email protected]. Which i did. Its the end of the day, never received an email from them or telling me what was wrong and if i was going to get my report or not. They have my c card #. Now i am afraid they will charge me and i will never get my reports, scores and end up fighting to get a credit back.
