have canceled last month and still have yet been charged 14.99 to my account
I called the 800 number on my debit card and told them I should have not recieved such little time as it said 30 day free trial. In two weeks they charged my account $14.95. I was told by them that the free trial was only 7 days. I chalked it up to ok now I know what they are. Now they again charged my account the $14.99 to my debit card. They told me they would cancel it and no further charges would be taken.

Bad service
I followed an online link for a "free credit report" on 9/6/08. I was advised that a credit card number was required, but would not be charged. Apparently deep in the verbiage, I was joining a service and would be charged a 14.95 fee every 30 days. I do not feel the website made an effort to make this fee known to the consumer seeking the advertized "Free Credit Report".

Scam charges
Last night I went to check my bank statement only to find out Triple Advantage had unauthorizingly taken $14.95 out of my account. I never signed up for them nor knew who they were. Found out they were apart of www.freecreditreport.com. I never went to that website or used them because I heard they were bad. Found out they have 1.25millon dollars that they owe to the FTC for fines. They are the subject of a ton of lawsuits. I called this morning and spoke with the woman and told her to cancel the account which she claims I signed up for. I had no luck getting my money back which stinks.
I am going to my bank and going to speak with them about this to make sure that triple advantage does not continue to charge me.
Take my advice DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Misleading. No way to cancel subscrition.
I logged into Experian.com to obtain a free credit report. In order for me to get a copy of the free credit report from Experian I had to subscribe to a free trial period. Now that I want to cancel the subscription there's no one contact to do so. Experian informed me Triple Advantage is a third party. Experian provided me with a 877 number for Triple Advantage but it's an automated phone system no option for cancellation. Can anyone help me out?

unauthorized charges
I have an email from Triple advantage stating they would cancel my membership, which I thought was free in the first place. The email from them to me was dated June 2 2008. However my bank account has been debited the third week of june and again in july. I have called them and they will not help me without me giving them my credit card number which I do not know why they need they seem to debiting my account fine using it already and I refused to again give them the number. please help me stop these charges.

unauthorized charges
I applied for Free credit report - they have charged my mothers account 2 times with the $14.95 - this account was never used I have called to cancel and todate they have not cnncelled. Trace #99280 -withdrawal -6/11 and 7/11/2008.
Please stop this payment coming out of my account and credit me back with my unauthorized withdrawals.

Withdrawal of money
Twice now I have learned from my monthly bank statements that triple advantage has withdrawn a membership from my account of $14.95. This is without my authorization and I would like to have it stopped and this amount returned to my account as soon as possible. I called my bank and they could not give me the address or information of this company so I had to look it up on Google.

Credit Monitoring
Promised a free credit report, that I nrver received, and then informed me that I would start receiving a credit monitoring service with a monthly service fee unless I canceled my service membership within a nine day period of time. The Triple Advantage web site offered NO link to cancel or withdraw from the membership and NO address or phone number to use for cancelation of the service. THE PROCEDURE USED BY TRIPLE ADVANTAGE TO ENROLL MY NAME IN THIER SERVICE SCAM IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD.

overcharged
i have been charged by these people of 14.95 every month for the past 4 and have no idea who they are. dont try and call though, youll be on hold for hours. i've been calling for a week now and have not got through. and they have caused me to overdraft 6 times on my card.
