Unauthorized charges
I am new to USA and only very recently i got my credit card, I was just browsing through the internet about credit reports and FTC, when I accidentally landed up in http://www.freecreditreport.com. When browsing through their website, I remember well that in their website i selected "No I do not want to enroll in credit monitoring I just want the credit report.". But this month, I am able to see that something CIC*Triple Advantage(Services and Merchandise) charged 14.95$ on my credit card for credit monitoring services. After lots of research i found that its this website http://www.freecreditreport.com that had charged my credit card. I never used their service and I am not at all interested in paying for something I didn't use.
I called up their customer care and they told that they will refund in 7 to 10 business days and also will cancel the membership.
I want to know if somebody ever got the refund.

did not order on a monthly basis, can't get draft stopped or get credit for previous months
I have been emailing triple advantage for months to stop drafting my account.
No response to date. Initially I pulled a copy of a one time credit report, I have been trying to stop draft of 14.95 since. I am due a credit and need to get this STOPPED ASAP!!!

Getting billed for something I did not order or need or want.I don`t have any credit I`ve known that for a long time.Why would I need someone else to tell me that.Please stop this from continueing in the future. Hollis James Shepherd 4/22/08 the account is under Rosa Sparks on the card.

UnAuthorized transaction to my credit card
I went to check my credit report. it stated it needed a valid credit card for proof of identity. Now my card is being charged $14.95. I want my credit card credited for the $14.95.

I canceled my membership with Triple Advantage but am still receiving bills from Bank of America, which is now up to $24.

Returning my money!
I got a credit report from one beau, when the ad says you get a report from all three. Thats a lie. Then I call to cancel my membership before the 30 day triple and they charge my credit card anyway and made me have an overdraft on my bank statement. I called them to get my money back for the charge and the overdraft fee I was told at first a that I could get all my money back, come to find out they only gave me the 14.95 that they charged me and not the overdraft fee that they made my bank charge me. I SO F... MAD! I will never use this service again. They have dump a.. customer service.

Canceled within 30 days still billed me!
I ordered my "FREE" credit report and had to give my credit card for a 30 day trial. I canceled within the 30 days and they did not stop billing me. I just noticed that there was a charge for $12.95 on my bank statement. I called and they said there are no refunds. The woman took the current charge off but when I researched, I found that they charged me for November and December $12.95 each month. I wish to get my $25.90 back since I did not avail myself of any service in as much as I thought this was canceled. I did cancel in time and they did not acknowledge it. Thank you.
