Before I made my order online (Triple Bundle: Internet, telephone, tv) to send submit, I was spoken with the agent online who works with Verizon. I mention to him about promotional referral my sister had for me. He said in order for me to received that promotion is to complete the order and submit then call the verizon customer service. So, I followed what he said. Unfortunately, the Customer service wouldnt able to help me getting the referral promotion for my sister to get inserted to my recent order. I called and been passing around by their representatives which is very stressful. Then I end up talkin with Kurt employee number is 0118 from promotional considered expert. He told me I cant be able to do anything anymore. Aside from it he said, "I wont be able to cancel my order or else I can be placed on FRAUD." since all I wanted is just let them insert the referral confirmation code that my sister gave me. What the HELL... Me doing FRAUD. Hell, with him.
To make things clear. First of all the Verizon Agent online should know and should direct the first time customer to the right path not giving them false statement. Second, the Promo they had for refer a friend is not true. The only purposed on that story is to attract innocent customer to be hook on Verizon bundle. Third, customer service is plain ugly. They cant help any new customer. The only thing that Verizon Service is good at is to collect your money. All I know is no one deserves to be played by this company. Please dont waste your time signing up on any of VERIZON PROMOTIONAL. Its a SCAM!
