I placed an order for free trail offer for trislim. I did not receive the free offer and when I called the company they had charged me 149.85 plus the shipping 0f 4.95. They did say they would refund 90% of the bill, but not the whole amount stateing that I didn't contact them and cancel the order. I didn't receive the order or have a phone# to cancel until it was charged to my account and received the phone# from my bank statement. Since then I have reserached this product whitch i should have done in the beginning and found them to have done this to alot of people. I can't afford this charge and do not feel that I owe it do to the fact I havent even tried the product. It's a complete ripoff

they charged me 15.95 then another 149.85 without my permission. after I called and complained they were only willing to refund me 134.85.

I also ordered a free trial and paid the shipping. After checking out, I was informed on the website that I would be charged automatically for the next shipment of 3 bottles and membership charges for two other "diet" help sites. I became so angry that I called them right away and told the representative that if their product worked then why would I need all these other memberships etc. I explained that all I wanted was the free trial. If their product worked then I'd continue with it. I also told them that I didn't trust that I would receive the trial product soon enough to have the full trial period they offered and that they needed to give me more time. They changed (or so said) my cancellation due date, giving me an extra week. They lied! Luckily I saw a charge of 149. going through my bank - not yet processed. I called my bank (Wachovia) and told them what happened. They called the number for TriSlim and we had a three way call. My bank did need their permission to remove the charge but they easily got the rep to do so with their intimidation. If this happens to you, get your bank involved because you'll get your money back a lot faster. By the way, I received the auto shipment two weeks later and I have not opened it and I'm not sending it back to them either. They have scammed so many people so they LOSE!!!

I had not heard of this product until I received it in the mail. Then I received charges of over 160 dollars and never even knew what was going on. I checked the bottle and found the Trislim website. www.trislim.com Then I went to the website and found the number of where the charges come from. The number is 1-877-238-2124. After many times of telling them that I did not want the product and would never want the product and that I would press charges against them if they continued to tell me what I was missing out on. They finally put a refund on my account. They gave me a refund number and I wanted to share this number and website with everyone so they can be warned.

Sure wish I'd checked out this site prior to signing up for a FREE sample; like they say, if it sounds too good to be true . . . Everything that others have said is true!! That damn fine print, cancel in 14 days, or you're charged and automatically enrolled in monthly/3 month shipments, hundreds!! of dollars on your charge card before you are aware of it. Their credit policy is attrocious! This is truly one of the biggest rip-offs I've ever seen; and can one truly evaluate the effectiveness of the products in 2 weeks or less (in order to cancel and not be taken to the cleaners - guess that's where the "cleansing" takes place). I'm very angry; and beg you not to take that first "free" offering.
