I purchased the product too and was ripped off. Never authorized the charges and did not know about this page to file a complaint, but I have filed a complaint with the BBB and with Contact 6 in my area. Very problematic as my account info had to be changed and it was very inconvient. Rude CSR at TriSlim and no results on the refund. Will need to take further action to get money back, but plan to do that as nothing was resolved by calling customer service.

i cancelled trislim, and did receive a refund, but not 100%. i then received more charges for colocure, which i had assumed was cancelled also as it came in the same package. after a phone call re the charges for colocure, i was directed by joanna, id# 7887, to email [email protected], and told that they would resolve the issue. there is no [email protected]. all i got was this website, and i want these issues settled. this is a fraudalent way to run a business, and if there is a lawsuit, i want to join it! i need to have no more shipments of colocure, and i want a refund for the charges of 5/4/09 of $4.95 and 49.95 refunded immediately. please respond.

I ORDERED TRAIL VERSION OF THIS PRODUCT, CANCELLED 3 WEEKS LATER AND THEY SENT OUT A 3 MONTH SUPPLY AND CHARGED MY ACCOUNT WITH THIS. I RETURNED THE ITEMS AND WAITED FOR THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY. THAT WAS ALMOST 7 WEEKS AGO. I HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES GET A RUN AROUND, TODAT THEY TOLD ME TO GET INTOUCH WITH CORPORATE, BUT THIS IS THE ONLY THING I SEEN TO COMPLAIN TO.

Sent for a trial bottle only. Recieved my TRIAL bottle on 02/02/2009. On this same date my account was charged twice. One for $149. and one for $15. I hadn't even had time to take one pill and my account was charged, without my permission !! I called and was told my trial time was up ? What ? But I just recieved them yesterday ! That wasn't thier fault, I should have called them before the ten days was up !! I guess I should have known to call them without having tried it. Duh Anyway, I was told they could credit myaccount back $70. then after disputing awhile it went to a $90 credit. Bull crap !! Shipping and handling I can live with, that's what I expected. The rest is legally mine.
