I purchased the Healthmaster "blender" advertised by Montel Williams and after one month it began spitting out oil. Then this oil was getting into the container where you put the food. We had to quit using it and my husband called the Tristar company. They answered the phone, listened to our complaint, then put us on eternal hold. After 20 minutes, he hung up and we called again. Again, the same thing happened. Obviously, they were not going to help us or honor the warranty. After repeated phone calls, we could not get any help and threw that appliance in the trash where it belongs. We were taken for $269. Then I checked consumer reports on the Healthmaster and found that many other people had similar problems with the device and the company. This is an inferior, unsafe product and the company needs to be stopped from ripping people off!
