On January 31 2011, I received a phonecall from a Mr.Kilinski, informing me that TriStone was taking action against me for slander.He informed me that our conversation was being recorded. No one had ever contacted me from TriStone by telephone before.I mentioned TriStone by name in my postings from January 22 2011 until February 8 2011.I had never mentioned TriStone by name before.He said that I could expect something in the mail.I told him that I had no statements to make.

February 9 2011, I was served with a Summons and Complaint.It informed me that I was being sued for Libel, Slander, and Tortious Interference with a Business Relation.They have also accused me of extortion.

I received a Cease and Desist Letter from the Shepherd Law Firm on February 11, 2011.

The same day I received an email from Craigslist, identifying the December 6 2010 TPO violation and the offending poster.

February 14 2011, I received a Temporary Restraining Order and a hearing date for a Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction.

After examining the complaint and exhibits, I realized that TriStone Financial had faked up a story and several exhibits in order to discredit me.

I spend every moment of every day in fear of retribution.Looking back, I now realize that multiple staff members at TriStone had been stalking me.I couldn't post an ad without it immediately getting flagged off.I would always do my posting at the same time of day( because of library operating hours), so it was always known where I was online and what I was doing there.

This ordeal has cost me psychologically.It has cost me my homelife and left me in constant fear for my life.

Being CyberStalked is like having someone come right into your home or workplace to harm you.I've been afraid to leave my home for any period of time for months.And no one with any Police Department offered to do anything to help me.I was treated like an annoyance by one officer.

And I didn't think it was reasonable to expect me to find out where every Tristone representative lived to get Stalking TPO's on them.So the courts didn't offer a reasonable solution to the problem either.
And going public and complaining has gotten me here, to this courtroom.

But I've made no false statements.This is all a malicious action against me for going public with my story.
