On January 10 2011, I mailed 2 certified letters out. One to Craigslist and one to TriStone owner James Greenie.I had no knowledge of a Ken Kilinski at that time other than I saw him listed at Tristone's website as a Mortgage Consultant.
In both letters I included the TPO, Gwinnett County Police Report, WSB-TV Channel 2 Action NewsStory "Man Battles Craigslist Stalker"
In the Craigslist letter I included the December 6 2010 offending post and again requested poster information.

In the Greenie letter I gave him 30 days to respond or I would take further action.

On January 16 2011 I read an email from Greenie, acknowledging the issue for the first time.He said he wanted to discuss the issue, but not in emails, only by telephone.I called WSB TV Reporter Tony Thomas and he emailed back that he thought it was interesting that Mr.Greenie wanted no record of our communication.

I replied back, saying that I only wanted to discuss the issue in email.because I wanted to document all correspondence.He replied back, saying to call if I wanted any further communication, to call

The next day at 10:00am I called Mr.Greenie to see what he wanted to discuss, and if the situation could be resolved.He wanted to know what I wanted, and claimed he didn't know who I was.When I told him who I was, he wanted to know what I wanted from him.I told him compensation for over two years of lost income, emotional anguish, loss of reputation.He wanted to know why I was coming to him.I told him it was because his Representative had come to me on his behalf to buy music gear and then stalked me for over two years.He asked twice in a very defensive and evasive tone, "How do you know he contacted you from me?"
I told him that I had no statements to make.He said"End of conversation."

The Fulton County Superior Court Clerk told me it would take two years to get a court date if I wanted to sue.

So, on January 22 2011, I began complaining to various websites and posting links to my story.I had never mentioned TriStone Senior Mortgage Consultant John Memoli by name at any time up until this point.
I began complaining naming TriStone and Senior Mortgage Consultant John Memoli at this time.I had not named TriStone at any time before this.I complained to the BBB, three complaint sites, Craigslist, the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia .I was seeking help and advice.The BBB suggested that I contact the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance.I was in the process of doing so when the court restrained me.(Writer's note:I am in the process of doing so at the time of this writing).I want as many people as possible to know that there is a criminal issue with this company, including threats of violence.
