I play the daily Trivia Sweepstakes game on JTV. One recent question was regarding various cuts that were or were not actual cuts, or just off-names. I chose Princess cut as an actual cut, but was told by the computer that that was not an actual cut. This game changes daily, but has basically 4 questions, and I think that day, I got two or three questions. The correct answer of Princess cut would have made me a winner, but instead, I got a thank you, try again tomorrow.
I called customer service and they were friendly, cooperative and said that yes, Princess cut is an actual cut, but they couldn't do anything aboout it. They said to go to Customer Service @ JTV.com and it would put me right with the customer service for online customers. Is this the right place? Can you do anything? If they are going to have a contest with prizes promised, they should play fair and give credit for correct answers.
