Company tells you anything and everything just to make a sale and to get your account info. You don't get the computer up front or all of the merchandise they promise over the phone and they start taking the money out of your account before you get the comfirmation letter that requires your signature. It also, contains all of the fine print about what you have actually bought and what it costs you and that you can't get the downpayment back, ( it is nonrefundable.) Plus, to break the contract, that they won't let you break, it will cost you twice the downpayment amount. I called to cancel the order within 3 to 5 business days(which I thought was the legal time limit on any kind of business transaction) and they told me NOT I could not cancel and that no matter what they would be taking all of the ($) purchase amount out of our account. They promise you the computer up front and all these extra items they have no intention of sending to you. They should not be allowed to get away with the shady selling tactics they use or the false promises they make just to make a sale, and they should be made to disclose verbally, (sales are made over the phone), all their fine print rules at the same time they are trying to make the sale, so that the consumer knows all that they are getting into and to what they have agreed to pay. And they shouldn't be made or pushed into giving their account info over to them with the claims of no credit or no credit checks, and, until they receive the comfirmation letter, which asks for your signature and that same account info or cancelled check to be sent back to them, until they receive the customeers signature, THEY SHOULD NOT be allowed to take any money out of your account. Verbal transactions over the phone should not be binding or legal if a person is not allowed, (within a certain amount of time) to cancel their purchase order. The letter also contains the actual downpayment amount and biweekly amounts due with blank calendars on the back of the letter, (they were suppose to be marked with the dates that the payments are due and outlined with yellow highlighter). And now since I have tried to stop payment, according to the fine print they will not send anything until the PC is paid in full. My only course of action is to close my account, which is a big pain in the @##! Not to mention the cost of stop payments and the cost of closing and opening a new account. I am unemployed worker who lives on a very small budget, so I cannot aford this kind of, (what i call) A RIPP OFF! PLEASE TRONIX COUNTRY PUT MY MONEY BACK!!!
