holiday scam
I had a telephone call on the 22nd January 2009 from Tropical Grand informing me I was selected for a holiday, including a cruise, for a family of 4 people, all I had to do was pay for the flight. they requested £595.00 but with further discussion discounted it to £498.00
I would like to comment further on the other issues we had but on reading the other complaints listed on this site it would appear they used the same scenario to scam people, and people have experience the same issues trying to make contact with them and trying to cancel the and get our monies refunded. to date I am still trying to get my money back but the process appears very slow indeed. I was offered this holiday I needed more time to make a decisions but they informed that I had to book immediately and if I wanted to change my mind then I could cancel as there is a cooling off period of 30 days. I was informed that once I received my package containing terms and condition and cancellation information that I could simple fill out the form and return it to them. I tried to cancel from the same day and close to every after via telephone, but they were rude abrupt and simple not interested. they kept telling me to wait for the information to arrive which to date now in May09 still have not arrived. their telephone number is now no longer in service.

Fake holiday offers, SCAM, BEWARE
We live in london and my father had a stroke a week ago but is by grace getting better but this company rang and fooled my dad into thinking he won this holiday for free, and him not being 100%well handed over his card details, they immediately took £500 from his account without his knowledge and agreement and we are in the process of getting the fraud police involved to chase these people up as its not acceptable that these companies should continue to do these things and take away peoples hard earned money.
THERE IS TO MUCH FRAUD GOING ON, This needs to stop. FULL ST.P

Dear all, same thing happened to my family in Australia.Yes I want to let you know and all the people that have been scamed yes this is scam.Since I live in Florida in the bay area near Tampa so I went ahead and did some reaserch and did my homework as they ripped my aunt off for over $1000 in Australia also Calypso Cay resort is the same scam owned by the same guys.yes I can tell you guys they only work with visa and master card as American express always disputes charges.people who work there represent themselves with fake names, by the way person that represent himself as promotional director George his real name is Steve and name of the female is Victoria or vicky they are some kinds of managers or something .You probably are wondering how do I know all this.Well my Aunt filled report to better business bearou of Orlando, we are ready to take any kind of actions to stop these people. Owned by a Indian Guy, operated by couple of Americans who once again represent themselves with fake names .I dont know how these people sleep at night, but I am not giving up I involved better business bearou, lawyer I am even ready to go public on tv my aunt is coming from Australia in January but I will do anything to stop them.I hope this will help a little bit now everyone can know who they really are.oh I forgot they do not call USA and Canada as they are discovered here ...I guess they figured out it's more difficult for Brits ans Ausssies to file complaint it takes longer etc. But here some helpful info . Go on "google " and look for Better business bearou of Orlando, you will find their website and you can call them and file complaints, the more complaints the bigger chances to hurt their business or possibly shut them down. I came to Orlando to go to Disney and figured let me look for their office as my Aunt gave me an adress, and they are located in Longwood, Florida maybe 15 minutes from downtown Orlando. good luck and greetings from Severine from New port Richie Florida

cheap hoilday
I had phone call to say that we had won a hoilday at a cheap price on which i gave my card number i changed my mind but they already took the money .
So i got hold of them and a said that they would put the money back in to my account that was a month ago and nothing tryed ringing them and got no answer how can i get my money back
