I dodged the TRS bullet so am writing so tell anyone who is considering "buying" furniture at Ashley using TRS to run the other way as quick as you can.

After a mistake on their part was made due to an addition problem, I was going to have to fork over another $500.00 (and my delivery date would change because of their mistake)...so I said absolutely not, the deal is off, I am stopping payment on the check they already had in their position (for $533) and I will not be doing business with them. Then I was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee - another $500. I said let me see if I have this straight, you want me to give you money for INVISIBLE FURNITURE? Furniture that's still in the computer???

Yeah, they are whack jobs. WHACK JOBS.

I had read all the bad reviews about them and even told them I had read the reviews; I am such a Pollyanna I thought I would be the success story. Wrong wrong wrong.
