This is Nigerian scam.Rule #1) Be very suspicious sites that accept only egold. I would understand gaming or free offers site accepting egold, but credit card related site? Can they accept credit cards? Or they do not have their own credit card, it seams.

Rule #2) Do not deal with Nigerian companies. Scam rates are so high, it is not worth the risk.

Rule #3) Check internet on on them. I found out that they are not giving out credit cards at all. They are giving instructions.

Rule #4) Looks for lies.

So first they are "not associated with bank accounts" and one sentence later "Our VISA cards is issued by a US bank.".

In truth it is not their credit card. You are given list of US banks/Credit card Issuers and told to apply directly.
