My husband and I bought a used truck from owner Sam Metcalf at the above address on 4-24-06, checks cleared 2 days later, so no money owed. He told us the day of purchase that it would be atleast 2 weeks before the title was sent to us. The week of the 16th of May I called and asked and he told me we should be getting title any day. Today is 6-5-06 and my husband went to his office and asked what was going on. Mr. Metcalf told my husband he never sent the paper work to have the title in our names.

I called Mr Metcalf and told him I had already spoken with him the week of the 16th and he told me any day. I told him I was concerened about the situtation and that it was not good business to be dishonest to someone after they have already paid. He also mentioned to me that he would not charge us the $7.00 to do a fast title, thats when I told him he shouldn't charge us, he lied and we have been waiting over a month, he got rude and hung up on me.

I just want to let people know that they need to keep calling someone like that, cause you never know what could happen. Some people could forget all about the title comming in the mail by trusting people like Mr. Metcalf. its a shame that we as the public have to stay on someone to do their business that we paid for.
