I mailed True Tech Cellular two cell phones for repair in November of 08. Received a call with an estimate on November 11, 2008. Agreed to the fee and was told to expect the repaired phones back in a couple of days. I have never received the phones back though the charge did appear on my credit card. I have called True Tech Cellular four times now and have yet to receive a single return call.

Found company on internet to make cell phone repair. Quoted the repair would be $60. When the company received phone on Oct. 1st, they diagnosed it and said two other problems were found on the phone and the total of the repair would be $90. They wanted my credit card info and charged it on Oct 1st. The company said that they would mail the phone out Thursday Oct 2nd and I asked them to call me with the tracking number. Did not here back from them so I called them Monday Oct.6th. and requested a tracking number. The company stated that he didn't have a tracking number that he would have to call me back. Called them back Tuesday Oct. 7th and still got the same story. I asked them when was I suppose to receive the phone and he said he sent it out Friday Oct. 3rd but he didn't know how long it would take.
Talked back with the company Wednesday Oct. 8th and told them that things did not make sense so I was calling my credit card company, which I did. The company said they talked with their owner, Timothy Mahammed, and said that if I wanted to dispute the money with the credit card that was fine. After I pondered what this company was doing, It really pissed me off that they charged me for repairs that I'm not sure if I really needed, and still has my phone that they can sell to someone else. I called them back Monday Oct 13 and demanded to talk to their owner, of coarse he wasn't available and did not return my call. I told the company I was going to turn them over to the Florida Better Business Bureau and to authorities.
NOW, Lo and hold I received my phone in the express mail that was sent over night dated Monday, Oct. 13th and delivered Tuesday Oct. 14th. What would of happened if I would not have been persitant! Watch Out!
