I placed an order via internet on 1/03/2009 and the next day I received an order confrimation from this company stating my order would be shipped as soon as possible. No big deal, when I placed my order I was told that it would take 5 business days to receive it. I wasn't worried until day 6 came and when with no word from True Value. Thinking that there must be something wrong or maybe the items were on back order I called True Value and left a voicemail for both customer service reps. Yes thats rights this company only has 2 customer service reps! When that didn't work I also sent 3 emails to customer service, but still no response. So today is now 1/13/2009 and I finally got the operator on the phone (but she can't help me other then to give me voicemail yet again. Finally her manager was able to give me the email address to the customer service manager...
I'm still waiting on a response from her... What a nightmare that I have to track down someone in this company to find out where my order is, that was paid in full online the day of my order. And yes my credit card was bill that same day. Here I though Customer Service should be the most important part of a Retail Companies business..I will never buy from this company again or my local Ace Hardware because of this issue!
