That for 6 years I had to deal with numerous amounts of trugreen chemlawn employee's in my personal Custody & Visitation cases here in Baltimore, Maryland because the mother (Marianne Murray nee Lambert) of my children works for trugreen chemlawn and she has used the company against me nothing other then to harass me, slander me, and embarrass me. She has never used anyone outside of this company what so ever. Their names are Steve Garrett, Marianne Murray, Jonpaul Murray, Mary Stalvey, Renee White, Lisa Netro, Mary walsh, Ernest Anderson, Brenda Bathgate, Carl Athy, Wade Nigrin, Timothy Airey and Tony P and so on.. That I filed a formal complaint back on 3-10-2008 which was totally ingorned by Trugreen Chemlawn. That I contacted the branch manger about this problem on 9-30-2010 a day before my next Court hearing on 10-1-2010 about what his company employee's were doing and I also told him that if this comtinues I would file a 1 million dollar law suit and Mr. Garrett told me to go for it. I was outraged with his responce for being a muti-million dollar company. On 10-1-2010 at my custody & visitation hearing their were 7 trugreen employee's at this hearing which was a total outrage that Mr. Garrett would involve his company at my personal Custody & Visitation Hearing. Now I ask trugreen why I and my family should not file a 1 million law suit against you. I am just a daddy trying to see my children but for 6 years I have had to deal with this company of trugreen chemlawn of constantly involving themselfs at my Court Hearings. This is nothing other then abusive behavior by trugreen chemlawn and I have never seen such a thing to take place by a muti-million dollar company of a daddy just trying to see my children. I contracted with this company to treat my lawn, but told them it would be a month before I needed treatment, since I was planting seed. The CS rep said "No Problem!" A week later, two days before I was scheduled to plant the lawn, the driver treated my lawn with a weed killer, which made it impossible to plant any more grass. They apologized, said they would give me two bags of seed, and I wouldn't have to pay for the treatment. I was then billed for the treatment, which I had to call about. They finally took that off, AND THEN TREATED MY LAWN AGAIN. I had no lawn by then, so they sprayed dirt. And billed me for the treatment. I never received any grass seed, told them to stop, and paid the bill, just to get them off my back.

This year, I had a weekend scheduled to plant the seed, then lo and behold, I come home from work on Thursday before...THEY did it again! So, no seeding done, another summer of dirt and weeds (oh yes, apparently the weed killer only killed the last living grass that was there). I never asked for the treatment, told them to stop the year before, and they did it to me again. And while I was arguing about the first bill, they treated my lawn again, and said I owed them 80 bucks.

Now, eight months later, I just had to pay over $100 so this bill wouldn't be on my credit report. What was 80 bucks became $120, but they "settled" for $100. I jsut decided it wasn't worth the knick on my credit report for a hundred bucks. No, I never got the grass seed, they told me they wouldn't come again, but who knows?

Stay away from this horrible company. Based in Northern Kentucky, they also take care of Cincinnati area.

Over the course of last year, TruGreen completely killed my lawn - it literally disintegrated. This was despite the fact that I bought a couple of their upgrades and "needed treatments" + watered and kept the blades high on my mower.

A manager was supposed to come out and look at what is left (dirt) but of course never showed up. Unbeliveably they continue to call and try to get us to renew our service. The latest call was tonite. I told the guy who called me that there was nothing left to spray - he told me (quote) - "Well I have no idea what could have happened to your lawn, we don't send guys out to your house with ray guns." Then he told me that since we cancelled, we weren't customers anymore and he couldn't do anything for us.

TruGreen is all about selling you as many services as they can and could care less what happens to your lawn - and whether or not you are satisfied. The guy who called tonite was so cocky I think he thought he was doing me a favor by being part of his solicitation calls for the night.

If TruGreen calls you, hang up immediately.
