in january of 2009 i paid 1995.95 to truman foreclosure and law firm of arian2, airan-pace, crosa, & fernandez, p.a. to get me a loan modification on my home well here it is nov, 1 2009 and on oct 30, 2009 i was just told iam gonna lose my home.truman had my file for 7 months and never did a dam think with it.when i would call it would take days to talk to my loss mitigator and then all i got was it is under review and yhat it was taking so long because there are alot of people doing this and we are so busy, now iam 7-8 months behind on my morgage because i mwas told dont pay nothing or dont even talk to the bank.in july i call to find out that my fine was sent to the lawyers and i ask why i was told we had to many cases to handle, on july 15, 2009 i get a e-mail saying that the firm airan2 has decided to take back my mortage modification file from truman and i needed to up date my information.so i did what i had to do.well when they started working on my file it was looking like they were gonna get thus done quick, they the phione calls stop, couldnt get in touch with any one, finally i was told my bank wanted 2500.00 an, i asked can you try to get it lower, weeks went by before i was told 2500.00 (no modification) and after 6 months of paying a morage payment of abouth 1200.00 then we can try to get a modification, that is what the bank wanted so ok how much time do i have to come up with 2500.00 and i was told 30 days but the sooner the better i said i can have it in two weeks and she said great call me when you have it and i did only i couldnt get in touch with her, leaveing massages about 5 days later she called me and said i will call the bank and let them know you have the money few days later she calloed and said the bank said we told to long getting the 2500.00 and now they want 8300.00 which idont have so here i am about to lose my house because they never took care of my case the they should ok and when ask about a refune iam getting the run around, i feel truman and the law firm need to do something with my bank because they messed up and didnt do there job.i dont know what to do at this point but sit and cry, what do i do now?
