I spent the weekend in your hotel, the worst experience I had in my life. I travel a lot, only to upscale location and I never been treated as in your hotel, and casino! The room was 1883, and wasn't so clean, and more important, the sheets had plenty of holes. At the casino things went worse. I went to take 500 $ from the atm, and it printed out a receipt with the instructions to go to the cashier to get the money. As I was at the cashier window, a manager (or someone dressed with a suit and tie) named Mohammad, without saying a word took my card and ID away, in the back, where I couldn't see what he was doing. I became really angry about that, and after a few minutes he came back, and I refused any transaction, because at that point I wasn't comfortable to be in such a place. This Mohammed was not at all polite, Not the kind of person that you can say has communication skills, and right attitude to interact with Guests. I am a Lawyer and all the things that happened to me beginning from this episode with Mister Mohammad and the cashier staff don't reflect the image people could have of "TRUMP PLAZA"! Tomorrow I will have to call my bank in Italy in order to be sure if someone cloned my card, or some money was taken from my account without my approval. If that eventuality comes true I will inform Police and Casino Commission (that is reading this in copy) about any update.
