TOTALLY DISHONEST MECHANIC AND OWNER. I bought a car from a man named Jeff Ratke (a bus driver on the Flamingo Rd. route in Las Vegas), who said Trusted Choice could be contacted to verify all the work he claimed he'd had done on a 1991 Saab I was looking at. Not only did Leona and Shawn at Trusted Choice make statements that the car was in the 'upper percentile of all used Saabs' and 'perfect mechanically, with no rust anywhere' they affirmed that Jeff Ratke had had thousands of dollars of work done on the car in the past year. Fast forward to me buying the car on this recommendation, taking it to my mechanic and finding out that not only had they NOT done the work, but that the entire cooling system was FULL of rust. They presented a receipt for a master cylinder for $498 (which is outrageous, even for a Saab part), and it turns out the ORIGINAL master cylinder was still in the engine...and barely functioning. They won't honor their warranty, won't respond to requests to pay to actually replace the parts I have listed on receipts they wrote, and won't respond to phone calls. My mechanic says he's never seen a car so abused, or worse, shoddier work. TRUSTED CHOICE AUTO CARE CANNOT BE TRUSTED AT ALL. RUN!
