Tobelly e mailed my hotmail account addresses
People on my hotmail addresses were contacted by Tubely that I invited them which I have not. I am trying desperately to delete Tubely account and cannot get verification that it is deleted. This invite to Tubely came from a very trusted friend, so I thought that the site was genuine. It is a dating site with lots of pop-ups of sexual nature and I am not interested in it.

stealing email contacts and forcing people to sign up without their consent
I got an email from a friend that asked if I would like to "friend" him on TUBELY. Once you click yes, you're pumped for all your personal information. On the next page, they ask you to "invite your friends". Even though i clicked the skip button, it sent out emails to all my contacts asking them to friend me. Turns out this is a "dating site"??? I'm a married man that doesn't need this mess.

spam
I received an email from my friend with the following title "Did you get my evite?" The email did not have a message, but a link (similar to facebook invitation) to accept or decline an offer from my friend. I accepted it and registered with tubely. Be careful when registering! You are asked to type not only your name and full address, but also your email AND YOUR PASSWORD!!! You can skip the page by clicking on "skip" at the bottom of the page - barely noticeable word. That is exactly how this spam is created! Tubely gains an access to you email by getting your password and sends out emails on your behalf, obviously, without your permission. They sell your information to advertising companies and who knows what else they do with your account.

Invites are then sent and the scam continues.
