Tubley.com sent to me an unsolicted email representing itself to be sending that email on behalf a friend of mine.

However, my friend never voluntarily gave any information about me to Tubley.com.
Tubley INVADED his PRIVATE address book to get that information about me.

When I clicked on message button in Tubley's email, it evidently invaded my personal address book and stole information that it used in turn to instigate sending a new email to a person in my address book--to a person for whom would I never have given permission to contact under any circumstances! But it did send email to contact that person, and represented itself again, that it was now acting for and in my behalf.

Tubley.com's operation is that of a thief and a liar. They are invasive and abusive. They must be shut down!
