I have applied for a Airtel-Mumbai postpaid mobile connection almost 10 days back. At the time of application, the dealer had committed that the connection will be activated in three days time. But to my surprise after lot of follow ups, the number 09987078848 is still not actiavted as of date. Whats more pathetic about Airtel dealers is that they dont seem to bother about customer complaints after the payments are done.

The dealer Mangesh-9892628120/Kapil-9867627905 had explained the 199 plan to me in which they told me that the STD will be charged @ Rs.1 per min and all local calls to mobile and Landlines will be charged @ 50 paise per minute. I subscribed to that plan and now they are telling that the STD tariff is changed to Rs.2.40 per minute instead of Rs.1 per minute. Its sheer cheating from Airtel dealers.

Both of them now dont peak up my call even though the number is still not activated.

Its least expected from a reputed company like Airtel. Their dealers are turnishing the image.
