I really wanted to hear the sound of a few, so I accepted the $9.99 charge for a month of a specialty ring tone.
After the registration was accepted, I found my model of phone does not accept additional ring-tones. I sent an e-mail to them requesting cancellation and refund.
Tuneclub canceled my subscription promptly, however they denied refunding my money. Under the circumstances, I believe they ought to give back my hard earned $9.99.
