Replacement delay since Nov 2010
THIS IS TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I HAD GIVEN MY TWO TWO 250 ML, TWO 500ML CONTAINER LID TO A TUPPERWARE ORGANISING PERSON IN THE MONTH OF NOV 2010 JUST WAITNG WAS TIRED AT LAST GOT CONTACTED WITH THE MAIN RESOURCE PERSON FROM MRS HAZAR CELL NO 9594139977 RESI 02265105547 FROM KAMOTHE NAVIMUMBAI SHE IAM HELPLESS ITS WITH MY MADAM MRS RECHANA JOSHI MOBILE-09819235482 FROM SANPADA NAVIMUMBAI GOT IN TOUCH WITH HER ON 10/05/2011 SHE TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 15 DAYS BUT NO SIGN OF HER IAM SO UPSET DUE TO THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS THE TUPPERWARE RESOURCE PERSON DOES WITH CUSTOMERS.KINDLY TAKE SERIOUS COGNISANCE OFIT SOON AS POSSIBLE I TOO LIVE IN NAVIMUMBAI KAMOTHE

delay in replacement and change of products
i am using tupperware products for last 10 years. off late the service is detoriating. there is an inordinate delay in giving the replacements and the replacements of products are not one to one. we are forced to accept the replacements whatever is available on the given date. the consultant merely washes off by saying that company is not responding and if we don't accept the replacements it may result in further more delay and that to not sure of getting correct replacement as asked for. i am totally disgusted by the approach and have two minds to use tupper ware. i am unsure whether the consultant is taking me for a ride or the company itself is not able to service and meet the expectations.

Replacement not done
Hi,

It has been pleasure using tupperware from last 12-14 yrs. but the experience is changing into displeasure coz of ur agent in our region. It has been more than 8 months she has taken the tiffin box for replacement which has not been done yet. she doesn't reply to calls. when I ask her to give her superior number, she doesn't respond. I was interested to be a part of Tupperware but i coudn't get any guidance from her. Hoping my complaint and query is resolved here. My Agent Name: Archana Sinha. Her Contact Number: +9967415008... Tupperware leaches plastic taste into food
I have Tupperware Modular Mates food storage containers which I use for dry food storage for items like flour, sugar, cereal, etc. Lately, they are leaching a plastic smell AND TASTE into the food. I contacted Tupperware since their products are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. However, it turns out that they are only warranted against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling. Apparently leaching horrible chemical tastes into the food is considered normal and acceptable.

not giving replacement
I had purchased 2 boxes worth Rs 500 each and the lids were cracked and given for replacement in the month of march with one of the agent from whom we have purchased but till now we have not got the replacement. Is this kind of service your company given . Please do the needful ASAP

return and exchange policy
I purcahsed the "flat out" food containers I am not impressed. They are very difficult to work with. They don't expand well. Then when you manage to open them and put food in them, you try to put the lid on, only to find that is when they flatten out. I wanted to exchange them for a different tupperware product. I called thier customer service number, only to be told that they don't do that when you purchase thier products at a party from a sales person and that maybe, "you can work something out with her." So the question then has to be asked, Does tupperware really stand behind thier products or not." It has been my experience that they do not and you are the one who pays for it, whether yopu like it or not.

Scam and cheating
I signed up to be an Independent Consultant in August 2007. However, after a few weeks I decided it was not for me since no one I knew was interested in buying. When I contacted Customer Care to ask about a refund of my sales kit, I was informed that the company does not refund the purchase of the sales kit! However, per the Consultant Agreement,

'If I give notice of my intention to terminate my status as a Consultant, Company will buy back from me current, unused Tupperware products and sales aids which I purchased within the preceding 12 months that are in the original packaging at a price which is not less than 90% of the price I paid for such products and sales aids. The amount of any bonuses paid to me in connection with the original purchase and any indebtedness owed by me to the Company will be deducted from the buy back amount. The Company may also deduct from the buy back amount any published restocking fee on such inventory repurchases. This buy back option may be initiated by either
me or the Company.'

The customer care rep (who barely understood English, since their Customer Care reps are in India) said that the sales kit is excluded from the buyback. I am now stuck with the kit and out $100 bucks!! If you are thinking of selling Tupperware, please be sure that people will buy it from you, and know that if you change your mind, you've lost money and are stuck with the kit.
