Garbage dvd's
I ordered the complete set of Chip's in late August. What i received was a poor quality video, in which the voices sounded like the chipmunks talking.
I contacted them and they were to send out a better quality set, but IT NEVER ARRIVED. I am trying to get the charges taken off of my credit card.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP!!!!!!!!!

Defective discs!
I ordered seasons 1, 2 amd 3 of the Roswell series. They did send out the order, but the discs looked copied and 1 disc was defective. I e-mailed them within 2 weeks of receiving the discs and was told I would receive a replacement, that was 6 months ago. I just tried to e-mail them again for the 6th time and my e-mail got sent back, their address no longer exists. I am seriously pissed off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Failure to supply goods
I ordered and paid for all 4 series of "Blakes 7" and received series one only. After seven months of exchanging complaints from me and email promises from them, I have still not received the goods. My research had them registered in Canada, but the Canadian Consumer Affairs people have never heard of them. It would be nice to hear that they've been put out of business - I only lost $100, others could lose more.

Poor service!
December 13, 2006 received email confirmation of my order "WKRP in Cincinnati" complete set. Product was received in time for Christmas but emails confirming its mailing were quite delayed. Mid January I contacted them because one of the disks was bad. They said they would replace it, no charge.
I contacted them again and February 21, 2007 I got this response: "We are sorry for not responding to your earlier e-mails. Your request for replacement has been forwarded. We will send you the tracking number as soon as it is shipped. Thank you for your patience. "
March 15th I sent out another email requesting the replacement. I have not heard from them since and it is now Oct 07.
SO to Pia, Bunny and Carla... thank you for the blatant lying throughout the whole transaction.

3 months and still no disk
I ordered the complete season of Scarecrow and Mrs. King in April of 2007. After six weeks of waiting and trying to track the package it finally arrived in the mail. The package was ripped in several places. I was told that an episode guide would be sent with the disks as well. In watching the DVD's I found that often times the end of the show would be missing or in the case of one episode I only had twenty minutes of the show before it was cut off. One of the disks was cracked and unable to play. I emailed me them and asked to have a replacement sent in which they told me that they couldn't unless I could tell them my order number. I found my order number and was told that they were going to forward one to me right away, well it has been three months and I have sent several emails to them with no response. I am telling every person I know not to use this website. It is horrible that they treat customers this way. I know if I treated people this way I would be fired. I think I should be able to get a full refund and be able to keep my disks.

Never, ever buy from TV addicts. They are a fraud. I ordered the full seasons of the Johnny TV shows, and paid for them, I have nothing in return. Their e-mail address doesn't work, you can't track your order. I know I got ripped off. I am taking this up with some higher up.

Faulty and incorrect DVD received!
I order the boxed set of the Chris Isaak Show on DVD. I received the boxed set but had one DVD with Judging Amy on it and another disc wouldn't play. I have been contacting them for 4 months and I just get emails saying they are very busy and to have patience!

Poor quality product!
This company is ripping people off for thousands of$$$. I bought dvds like AMEN, QUINCY, FALCONCREST, THRILLER, BIONIC WOMAN HART TO HART. THEY ALL ARRIVED POOR!!! THE QUALITY IS VERY POOR. They all skip i have spent over $600 this is horrible, the so call customer service is non function, i emailed as of three months ago no replacement no nothing they said they would help that was 3 months ago, i got 2 disk 16-20 of bionc woman but no disk 11-15, plus in the middle during play they freeze up stop, what is this crap??? No way they going to steal from me i demand refund!!! They want send return label after leaving 12 times my name on some voice tape, they just keep emailing me ,we are working on it!!! WHAT after 3 months enough put them out of business and give us our money back/ ronnie BEWARE!! they mail me with different names on the box, i ordered from tv addicts, but when the box came it said my favorite tv shows.com or it will say dvds now or craze dvds on my credit card statements.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Poor service!
I ordered from this company and didn't receive the items ordered for 2 months which was The Man room Uncle Series, after e-mailing them every day, then when we did receive them to find out they were copied from tv! Which really made me mad after paying over 100 dollars for the set ! Then disk 4 is a is a season of Malcolm in the Middle copied from tv. I have e-mailed them again with no response , to find out they have changed their name to TV Avenue This was a Fathers Day gift that was all messed up. I hope something is done about them soon.
