Didn't recieve 2 converter boxes

I'm writing to your company to inform you, that I did not recieve my two converter boxes. My name is Amy Yu, I stay at 5014 Cellini Dr., in Chino Hills, California, zipcode is 91709-6123. Mailing date says 11/14/2008. Please contact me to let me know when I should recieve my 2 convertoer boxes. coupon expiration

It is one thing to get a coupon for the tv converter box but they put the expiration date on it than the stores have them on back order and what happens if they don't get them in and the coupons expire that seems like a real rip off because they did this with out the input of the numerous consumers. If they make us do this than they should have had enough available to start with.
