We ordered the complete season of Friday The 13th the tv series. We ordered it as a gift to our mom and when she recieved the package she was unable to read the return address or anything for that matter because it was all in Chinese. She opened the videos up and when she tried to watch them the quality was absolutely horrible. The sound goes in and out and basically it looks like someone taped the series from some other source, wheather it was a tv I'm not sure, but the quality overall is unexceptable and horrible and someone needs to take care of this problem because clearly I am not the first person to complain. We wasted $80.00 and we are afraid that we will never see it again. Please someone take a serious look at this because I definately am and please do not order anything from this site. Either you will never recieve your order or the product you recieve is not going to be what you ordered and payed for and when you try to contact them which by the way the only way to contact them is a email address and they do not reply, I probably sent about 8 emails but stopped because I got so frusterated. Please no one buy from this site, they are thieves and liars and should be prosecuted.

DVD's were coppied from the TV in China .Very poor quality the dvd's are unuseble .No responce to my E-mails requesting a refund.If you check out there site you will have no idea you are ordering from a rip-off in China, why is that not a requirement to declare what Country your business is in, If i would have known it was China i would not be in this position .DO NOT order from this sight you will regret it as i do

The product received from this company is duped from incredibly bad sources; you can actually see the TV network logo on the copy. Some of the discs will not play, in some cases the quality is so bad it appears they duped the TV series we ordered from old VHS tapes. They are obviously poor quality boot legs, and although I have contacted them we have not received a response. It's even more painful since we had to pay the exchange rate!

I recently bought a series of DVDs for the television show "Early Edition." I received my DVDs much later than was promised and when I got them, the quality is horrible. The show was literally taped off of the PAX network and burned onto DVDs. The photos shown on the site were NOT what I recieved and the DVDs have horrible quality. They skip, blur, the sound goes up and down on its own, and they will not play on my Xbox or Playstation 2 even though the site said they would. They also play for about 5 minutes on my computers and my DVD player then freeze.

I contacted customer service and have yet to hear back.
Also, the DVDs came from China...where on the site it told you THAT, I have no idea. I searched all over and it is NOT there.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE SITE.

ordered DVD set of all 7 series of malcolm in the middle as a Christmas Present on 02nd Dece 08. never received anything - e-mails not replied to - monies never refunded. Now 21st Jan 09 and discovered this thread!!!
