LIARS..........
How can this company continue to be on line and accept orders from customers ordering DVD sets. They are a complete joke--they have absolutely no customer service. Do not order from this website. I wish I would have done some checking into the complaints before I got rooked by these people. Isn't there something that can be done so this does not happen in the future??? they are nothing but a bunch of liars taking our money...

rip off
i ordered the cosby show 25th anniversary edition for my father-in-law and everything seemed ok untill after i received email saying they had successfully processed my visa for the purchase price i never received the email saying it had been shipped and when i go online and look up my order it just says processed.i have sent 5email to them with no response i just found online several complaints people experiancing the same problem i am.i would strongly advise any one thinking of making a purchase from this company not to do so i dont believe i will ever see my product and unless i can get the charge reversed i will never see my money again.they are obviously just taking peoples hard earned money

PRODUCT
Ordered Dean Martin Roasts. One month later, received product. 12 Dvd's were copied off another. One dvd wouldn't load. Others the video and audio were horrible. Website says return within 15 days for refund, but yet no address or phone number to contact. They have an email page, but sent 3 emails with no reply back. Contested with credit card company and they couldn't get in touch with them either. Prices are cheap and now know why. STAY AWAY.

illegal copies
I ordered 2 "Box Sets" as gifts. Recieved one set--from China--and they had been re3corded from TV. The warning on the DVD says that I have a "backup copy" which" is suppode to be authorised for use only byt the original owner of the DVD. Never received the other set. No response to e-mails. HUGE SCAM!!!

Poor quality product, not as advertised; no customer support
Extremely shoddy packaging. Quality of DVD playback very poor. Episodes missing/duplicated. Contacted within 2 days - no response to refund request as outlined in website.

FRAUD/BAD QUALITY/RIP OFF

My mom ordered the "collector's edition" of Two Guys and A Girl for me for Christmas and never received the set. She then sent multiple e-mails wondering where the item was. They did reply with a ridiculus excuse and we finally received the dvds. The box was pretty much an old plastic VHS tape case with a computer-made cover which, by the way, was not even the same picture displayed on the site. The dvds are such a joke because they are in old plastic/cloth sleeves and the picture on the dvd is clearly made from a home computer. The dvd number is actually hand written on the top in ink. And you might as well go on YouTube.com to watch all of the shows because it's the same exact quality BUT FOR FREE! *****SUCH A JOKE!!! ******

Never received
I too never recieved my order from this company. I have emailed several times. First response came back that it was shipped and they gave me a shipping number. After contacting the US post office, they informed me that my package never left CHINA (?). Six emails now are not being answered. The BBB informed me that w/o a mailing address for them there is nothing they can do. If anyone has this info (address) I would appriciate it. Thanks. Kelly

This website is a fraud. . . . i ordered mamas family on dvd season and i placed the order on december 16, 2008 and it said that it would only take 10-14 days to receive the seasons. Well come to find out that they did not come in those amount of days i had to email them i got an email back on december 22nd and they said that they were on the way so i waited, they did not come so i sent another email and no response. It is now January 6, 2009 and they came in the mail come to find out that there fake and they taped them off the tv and half of the dvds did not even work. They also came in a box with a fake printed label. This website is fake and a fraud and i would not ever ever buy from this place again all they do is take your money. BUYER BEWHERE do not buy from these people you are waisting your money i know i did . . . . . .

Bad Quality DVD's - No response back from company
I ordered a DVD box set for my husband for Christmas. The quality is horrendous and there is so much skipping on the disks that they eventually don't play at all. I have tried numerous times to contact them via email but so far, no response. If someone has their phone number (which they do not list on the website!) could you please email it to me?

DVD RIPOFF
Ordered a DVD series in December for Christmas and my package came late. I was double charged and the DVD's were bootlegged from China. The quality is terrible.
Beware this Company is a SCAM!!
