My husband ordered the complete set of Petticoat Junction as a Christmas gift. The set came with a poorly photo copied cover on a plastic box full of loose DVDs in plastic covers, apparently in no order whatsoever. They look like they were copied right off the television. They skip and the quality is really bad. There is no way to contact them from their website. They have a page set up to contact them, but when I try to submit my information, nothing happens. There is no address and the phone number simply has an answering machine. It's a shame that people can get away with this sort of thing. I wish something could be done to shut them down. I will contact my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge. DO NOT order from this fraudulent company.

I wish i had seen all references to the scams this company has pulled BEFORE i ordered DVDs. Their webpage is completely believable. They are fraudelently misrepresenting what they supply as i too got pirated copies when i ordered a "boxed set" for my handicapped sister's birthday. When i contacted them through a phone number provided courtesy of Visa, i was treated in an unbelievably obnoxious manner: called a liar, called stupid, and treated badly. I was however told i would receive 1/2 value of the DVDs within 10 business days. I had also emailed the company. Took 9 days to get an answer...but i did get one. I responded on August 8, 2009, but have heard nothing further. I then had my husband phone as i wasn't prepared to deal with the person on the phone - first phone call he agreed we were due a refund (of only 1/2 remember!) and that i would be processed in 2 - 3 days. We waited seven business days. My husband called again today only to be called a nut case, abused verbally, all because he wanted to know when we would get our money.

This company is making money fraudulently. I don't know how to stop them as it is hard to locate them. But i am going to try to spread the word as far as i can. However, finding this site and finding others have been taken by this same company gives me little hope. All they need is a few suckers a day and they are rolling in money...and are obviously well hidden. I wish i had seen the complaints BEFORE i ordered. This is my first and last foray into ordering online, that is for sure.

i have been dealing with this company since i ordered the dvds of the little house on the prairie since just prior to sep-tember 4, 2008 when i had $133.84 debited from my checking account for all 10 seasons of this show. The dvds were for $119.50 and the rest was for postage and s/h. when i received these dvd's they were shipped from china thrown into 3 plastic cases which were damaged. almost all of the dvd's cannot be watched, we watched almost all of the dvd's which either were duplicated, could not even be watched, some shows were missing, the whole season 10 was missing which according to them it was to be included, and the quality either with the sound or very poor quality. i emailed them regarding this problem. i heard from them at first, and then i would receive no response. i called them and the number i was given is no longer in service. then i dealt with the better business bureau from california. when i was corresponding with them, i heard from the tv dvd store almost daily. they said i could either take i believe $50 and keep the dvd's or request a refund and send them back. i told them i wanted my money back and would send the dvde's back to them. they will not give me an address to send them back. as soon as i was not hearing from the bbb, i quite hearing from the tvdvd store. when you go into the tv dvd store complaints page, and read about all of the people who have been scammed from this company, it is attrocious how much money this company has taken from their customers. i am amazed that this company can continue with this kind of business. i know my amount is probable little, but to me it is alot of money. this business should be stopped. what can you do for me. the company itself has added their little remarks of what they think of the people who have been scammed and i dont appreciate being called stupid. everyone of the customers who have submitted a complaint online for this company have the same complaints as i have. please help me with this. thank you.

Rcvd two damages plastic cases containing 20 DVD's each from China. Both cases were damaged. I reviewed the first 10 DVD's of the series and found them to be either blank or faulty. I emailed the company the day after receipt and again two days later but have not received any response. I have contacted my credit card company to withdraw the payment.
