bad dvd

I bought the series "Boy Meets World". I got through the first disc a little fuzz but ok. after that each disc got worse the Disney Channel logo was in the bottom but I was ok with this. When I got to the about the fifth disc there was not sound and the pocture was so fuzz I could not watch them. I e-mailed them a few times but never got a response.

no refund

I ordered a tv dvd set of the Carol Burnett show for a Christmas gift last year. It arrived in January this year. The Post Office suggested I just send back the package right away, which I did the same day I received it. I have sent several emails requesting my refund to my credit card which was charged for the product before it reached me. I can not get anyone to respond to an email or give me my refund. Any suggestions on how to get my money back?
