I ordered the complete Rockford Files dvd's for my father. There price was a steal! I recieved an email a few days later saying, "Unfortunately, your card was not billed successfully. There may be many reasons for this declination, such as: 1. Incorrect credit card details, such as card number, or CVV 2. Incorrect billing address/name submitted 3. Or your credit card may require pre-authorization from the bank to approve the purchase.
Do contact your card company for assistance. Rest assured as well that your declined order will be reprocessed and put up for billing again in another 5 working days. "

I believe my bank has flagged this company as fraud and has not released the money to this company. I promptly cancelled my debit card and wrote an email to the company canceling my order. I have been still receiving calls from this company asking me to call my bank and release the money.

Lesson learned: until i tried to research a reputable dvd online store to get my dad a gift. There are tons of similar websites out there without a listed address or telephone number: Lifetime DVD, The VR Cortex, TV Addicts...
