DO NOT BUY FROM TV SHOW MONSTER!!!

I thought I would purchase the complete Dynasty box set after seeing it on TV Show Monster's somewhat professional looking website.

I eventually received the goods about 1 month after ordering; from China. The DVD's came packaged in broken VHS boxes with a cheap cover sleeve. The disks were labelled with a tiny sticker with handwriten numbers on them. They appeared to be the sort of quality you would find on a market in Malaysia or Bali.

Anyway, I persevered and tried them. Oh dear! There was no menu as such to access the individual episodes, so you have to skip through about 40 scenes to access the 5th episode on the disk!

The picture quality was awful, the sound coming out of the actors' mouths didn't match! And you could see the TV station logo in the corner of the screen where they had taped off the TV!

This is absolutely appaling. Their website claims that if you are not happy you can simply ship it back (to China!) and they will refund the full amount, but not the shipping costs! However, the address label is in Chinese characters!!!

I have emailed them but will not be holding my breath for an answer.

Is there not anyone we can complain to so we can these cowboys shut down. It is utter fraud!

I ordered all 9 seasons of Family Matters and did receive them in 2 VHS plastic cases full of DVDs. They skipped, some wouldn't even play. I tried 2 different DVD players. I emailed them to see if I could send them back and get my money back and I haven't heard anything from them at all. What monsters.
