This DVD Provider does not deliver
This DVD Provider does not deliver!!! - www.tvaddicts.com (also known as www.dvddonkey.com) does not deliver according to their advertised "100% Guarantee". Beware: Despite extensive email & written correspondence, they have not lived up to their self-proclaimed reputation. ie you pay for goods to be delivered (DVD's) and they do not deliver!

Very unprofessionally done and I don't recommend using this company
I ordered the complete series of Twelve O'Clock High from TV addicts. Took forever to finally get it. When I finally did it was very poor quality and the complete series was not complete. It appears that someone just taped it off tv. The episodes are out of order and some are even missing totally. Others are taped twice. Very unprofessionally done and I don't recommend using this company. Product quality is POOR.

Became a victim of a scam
By means of this e-mail I would like to say that if I had not read the reviews regarding the complaints against TVAddicts.com I would have been another victim! Please allow me to elaborate: I am a fan of the 1960s TV series "Land of the Giants" and when I found the above-mentioned website on the Internet I wanted to order it, but some strange reason something kept me from ordering it. And then when I read the reviews regarding TVAddicts.com I am really glad that I did not go ahead and order it! What it all boils down to is this: Had I gone ahead and ordered the DVDs I would have been another victim of a scam!

I actually don't have one
I ordered Thirtysomething on DVD and when it came, the DVD's looked like they had been recorded off the television. They had station id's in the bottom right of the television screen.
I look at it this way. I paid $500 for the complete set of the Sopranos on DVD and it is perfect. If something has not been released on DVD or won't be for whatever reason and you have to resort to buying these types of DVD's, well, I guess you get what you pay for if you want to see your shows and really how different is it from someone taping it for you.

Fraudulent company
This company is fraudulent! It took them several months to get my order to me. The problems with the order I received are too numerous to list. The company NEVER answers their phone and NEVER returns phone messages. All e-mails are returned as "Undeliverable". My credit card company is helping me with this matter since I have also become a victim of credit card fraud with many purchases charged to my card--quite sure from this company! Stay away from them.

Rip off
After purchasing, in good faith, DVDs from this company that were blank, they promised to resend in thirty days. Of course they immediately took the funds off my card. This was in February, 2007. No response to this date. They also changed their name to another. They offered to make it right and still no DVDs.

Obviously pirated dvds!
I do not have internet at home... I travel an hour round trip to get to local public library. I recently did a web search for the old tv series "Dark Skies" on dvd. The first item that came up was at the tvaddicts.com site. They offered the complete series for $129.99 on sale for $49.99. I immediately ordered it. After about a dozen emails saying it was on back order, my debit card was charged and I was notified it was being sent. When I picked up the package at the post office I knew something was wrong. The disc package wasn't sealed; the labels looked homemade, and the picture in the package box was obviously a photocopy. I went back to the library and did a further search and learned the series hasn't even been released. Upon trying the watch the grainy, (7 episodes per 3 disks) there are obvious commercials at the end from where the series was taped from BBC channel four. I contacted the company but as yet haven't heard from them. I have tried to find a Sony anti-piracy department address or number but have had no success.

No merchandise sent!
I ordered set of DVD's from this company and never received any merchandise. They sent me a tracking number and said the item had been sent. The tracking number was bogus. They have refused to answer emails or phone messages and will not refund my money. I am pursuing legal action against this company. I do not know why Google continues to allow this company to be active on their website with all the complaints against it. They will just continue to scam people.
