I ordered the complete set of 30 Johnny Cash show DVDs on October 12, 2007. My credit card was charged $184.92, but I never received the DVDs. I've called the 800 number numerous times, but a recording says "Unfortunately no one is available to take your call." I also tried emailing the address on my invoice, but it comes back undeliverable. I am concerned because they have my credit card number. Please help!!
