On November 15, 2007, I ordered the Quincy ME DVD Series from the above website. The amount with shipping was 126.68. I used my credit card to order and received a confirmation when I placed the order. However, I have been trying to call to find out the status of my order which is for a Christmas present, but you always get a voice mail that says no one can answer, leave a name and number and your call will be returned. I also emailed 2 times, but have received no response.
I tried the live chat, but it keeps giving the response that the operator is assisting others and will be with you shortly. After 20 minutes, I just closed the window.
I have not seen the charge yet, but am anticipating a problem. Please advise what I can do? Thank you.
