POOR QUALITY DVD
I WANT TO WARN UNSUSPECTING BUYERS OF DVDS TO BE WARY OF TVDVDMANIA. THEY SPECIALIZE IN OLDER DVDS, SHOWS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE. I BOUGHT THE DISNEY ZORRO SERIES FROM THEM AND THE DVDS HAVE AWFUL PICTURES, SKIP AND THE AUDIO IS GARBLED. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. IF YOU READ THE FIND PRINT, YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE THINGS. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER MY EMAILS AND I AM STUCK WITH THESE DVDS.

ordered Third Watch Series and still waitin
ALL I wish i saw this damn wsebsite before i just paid these scumbags for my 6 series season Third Watch DVD. Its our favorite show and we are so excited thinking we were going to get this. I accidentally came to this website- They have to be stopped. I am filing a complaint myself. I called them to tell them i saw this website. Some asshole answered and He told me that he would refund my money so i could get my meds adjusted. The Nerve!!! I am going all the way to stop these guys. I have my own business and would never treat customers the way these people do. BEWARE!!! I have gottem 2 emails saying my disc Third Watch series will be here in 8-12 days. The 2nd e/mail said 10-14 days!!! that was 2 weeks ago

Horrible Quality
The DVDS I recieved are obviously bootleg copies. The packaging is cheap and broken. There are no episode listings. The discs are marked with hand-written numbers. Some of the discs play partway through, and some won't play AT ALL! The sound and picture quality are poor on the ones that do play. I've tried contacting customer service over and over via email, but recieved no response at all.

Never recieved order
I too never recieved my order from this company. I have emailed several times. First response came back that it was shipped and they gave me a shipping number. After contacting the US post office, they informed me that my package never left CHINA (?). Four emails now are not being answered. The BBB informed me that w/o a mailing address for them there is nothing they can do. If anyone has this info for I would appriciate it. Thanks. Kelly

item online was pictured and advertised one way and was sent in unmarked box with no return address and was bootleg version of tv show that was dubbed off tv. website has no return info and have tried contacting them and their mailbox is full and emails go unanswered and need to return this.. i have tracking number and should i have post office send it back to their distribution
