I ordered Barnaby Jones DVD, for which I paid 112.00, but never received the DVDs. The company did not reply to my emails; then suddenly their website disappeared from the internet. After this, I noticed many online complaints about this company by other people who have been defrauded. I filed a fraud complaint with my bank and expect to receive a refund through my credit card company. However, I believe this bunch of crooks is now operating under a new name. Tonight I ran across an identical website offering the same DVDs at the same prices as the TVDVD Store. This outfit goes by the name DVD Media Universe. I don't know that this is the same company as TVDVD Store; I just want to warn people to be very careful before they order DVDs from this company. The website really looks identical to TVDVD Store.

We bought a box set of dvd's from this company, as it was advertised as authentic and not pirated, or cheap copies as other sites were supposed to be!!
It arrived, not in the case that it was supposed to be in, but a video case, dvd's were in cheap plastic pockets, all the same pictures copied on them, and when we played the first one, it even had the pay tv commercials included!!
Trying to contact is a nightmare-and after paying $100 AUSD, we feel totally ripped off!! The dvd's were a Christmas Present for our son, and we are so disgusted that these companies are allowed to trade!!
We will never buy from a USA site again.

Never do business with this company, they advertised an amazing BEST OF DVD collection for the Medical Center fan! Over 120 Uncut Episodes from 7 Seasons on 91 DVDS ...Excellent video and audio quality, 100% in chronological order, Commercial free and unedited, These are brand new, in stock and ready to ship. On sale for a limited time. These DVD's are not in 100% chronological order ... all rubish! These were pirated DVD's, not in chronological order, skipped, definately not brand new, inferior packaging. They came from China with no return address, company would not refund money but promised a new set, they sent 10 of the 91 and only 9 of the 10 worked. Have not heard another thing, no refund, no new product. STAY CLEAR of this COMPANY. I have been going around and around with Mike since August, definately fraud!

On June 24th I ordered a boxed set of Mama's Family. When I didn't receive it I contacted them. They said it was delivered. I contacted our local Post Master who found that the package was delivered to an address in Chcago, Illinois. I live in northeastern Wisconsin, and then returned to CHINA!
I contacted the company and had an email from someone named Mike who asked for a copy of the postal tracking form. I asked for a fax number and never heard from them again. They were mighty quick to bill my credit card for $83.05 and claim that they shipped it again, but the tracking number they gave me is for the original shipment that was sent to Chicago.
