Awful quality of DVDs
I bought the full collection of Baa Baa Black Sheep/Black Sheep Squadron from these guys.
It turned out to be a big big mistake. The package was sent from China and the DVDs froze all the time.
They obviously had someone record the series from the History channel (the logo shows on the screen), using VCR tapes or something, and then transferred the contents to badly burnt DVDs. A COMPLETE SCAM!
They don't answer emails and do not return your calls. I learned my lesson the hard way. I should have checked these guys first (when I came across the huge list of complaints from other unlucky customers, it was already too late). I will talk to my bank, file a complaint, and try to get my money back through them.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT ONLINE COMPANY. THEY WILL GET YOU THE WAY THEY GOT HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE BEFORE ME. I FEEL REALLY REALLY STUPID.
STICK TO AMAZON.COM EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY NOT HAVE ALL THE ITEMS YOU NEED WHEN YOU NEED THEM. AT LEAST, THEY ARE HONEST, THEY ARE FAST, THEY DELIVER GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS AND THEIR RETURN POLICY IS WHAT THEY SAY IT IS.

ripoff site
RIPOFF! Product arrived but is a dvd recording of old VHS recorded tv shows so the quality is poor. Site advertised all episodes but the set they sent is missing several episodes. They do not respond to emails and i was double billed.

Poor Quality
I ordered a set of DVD's from TV DVD MANIA. The quality is very poor. The dvd's I ordered are boot leg and not as they were pictured at all. The dvd's all have hand written numbers on them. Not the professional box set that I ordered!!! The dvd's came from China. I had no clue thats where they would come from. I want a refund and there is no contact phone number for this company. There is only a website to send an e-mail complaint. No one has ever ansewred me even though the site says all e-mails are answered in 24-48 hours. I can not return the package to where it came form because there is no valid China address from where it came from. Am I just stuck with a bad purchase?
Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Product
My wife ordered me the complete set of "Then Came Bronson" dvds from this site. Shipping took forever. When it finally arrived, it was obvious what took so long. It came from China. Then, the products (9 DVDs), were each in a flimsy little sleeve, in one large box about the size of a VHS case. The DVDs were of poor quality with many viewing issues even though they appeared to not be scratched. The 9th DVD is completely worthless.
Oh, here's the fun part. They're recorded off television. These were recorded off TNT and their logo sometimes will appear on screen. Along with the after-segment commercials advertising what else is coming on, such as Doctari (old tv series based off the John Wayne movie Hatari, except with a Veteranarian, his daughter, and Clarence the Cross Eyed Lion).
I will not only NEVER buy from this company again, it's not even worth trying to contact them about it as they'll just replace it with the same item. I do get a little bit of pleasure out of the few DVDs that don't act up.

Bad service
Don't do business with TVDVDMania. This company is a fraud, they charged my credit card $58.44 ($49.95 plus shipping & handling) but never delivered the Boy Meets World DVD we were hoping to recieve before Christmas.
They sent an e-mail falsely stating my credit card was declined (even though there were sufficient funds), they debited my account and never responded to my e-mails asking where the product was.
Now I have to contest the charge with my bank and report the company to my state's Office of the Attorney General to request an investigation of the principals of the company.

Online scam
Ordered a DVD set that was supposed to be new and what came were home made burned DVD's. There is no physical address, no response to e-mails, ph # (778-282-8099) on CC statement goes unanswered so there is no recourse for their warranty.
What a scam.

a little help
Just a little help...if you are lucky enough to catch this before your 30 days from purchase you can dispute it on your credit card...I would also have your credit card company close that account and issue you a new account. If you read all the complains, one lady said when she filed a dispute and the credit card company took the charge off...this company just kept putting it back on...

bad product
Don't buy anything from this company. Everything you read here is true. I order the Carol Burnett show dvds and they said they would ship in 9 days...after 2 weeks I emailed them saying I didn't receive them and the next day I got an email saying they were shipped and I would get them in 12 to 16 days...I then looked here and saw all the complaints. I called my credit card and put in a dispute and 2 days later they were here shipped express mail with no readable return address. I had to sign for them so they have proof I got them. They are copies and don't work...no where to return them to. I'm hoping my credit card will take care of this. DON'T buy from them, its a headache !

There is hope for getting your money back!
If you ordered from this website through your bank/debit card. Please contact your bank and ask about doing a charge back on the account or request to fill out an affidavit for fraud. I contacted my bank after reading this website two nights ago. The bank will research the same information I have already researched and credit my account the money I lost through this bogus website! I will have notification of their review within 10 business days and get my money credited by the bank. My personal banker told me that she has never had one person fill out this affidavit that didn't actually get the money back.
I imagine you would be able to do the same with your credit card company, there has to be some protection by using your credit card too.
I tried the business phone number of 778.282.8099, which was provided on my bank statement, to no avail. I didn't bother contacting the email address based on other's comments that the company does not respond.
My story mirrors the posted stories. I will say that I ordered my product on 12.11.2008 and am still waiting for the product. The last email I received was on 12.13.2008, that my order had been processed. I have NEVER received the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email, as stated on their website. Plus, my order still reflects the 'processed' status.

Not Receiving DVDs and Poor Quality
I have read other complaints about this company. Everyone do not buy from this company. They are Fraud. I received Mr. Belvedere from them and the picture quality was crappy. I also ordered Lassie and Laramie TV Shows and I never received the. I also have several E-Mails to them but they do not return them. They are commiting a fraud. The got over $200 Canadian from me and I Have no DVDs except for the one I received. They record off a tv station and charge wat too much money for crappy quality. They should be investigated and charged with something. They are ripping of the consumer in Canada and the U.S. and other Countrys. I received the one set from China. Stay away from this website or you will be greatly dissappointed like me and a lot of other people.
