Bad DVD
I hsf purchased the Scarecrow and Mrs King from this web site. I wish I had know that this was a bad one to us. I had several of the DVD's that were a poor quality and some never work correctly. I will in the future only buy from web site that are better. Beside the DVD's came from China.

dvd series: "The Paper Chase"
We bought the tv series "The Paper Chase". The discs were of extremely poor quality. Some were so defective that they couldn't be viewed or heard, and many were out of sequence. We did get a prompt response when we complained and were offered a partial refund or the entire series refunded if it were returned.
They are advertising a "new" "Paper Chase" and describing it as having "excellent audio and visual quality" and being "100% chronological". When we inquired as to whether we could exchange our defective set for the new one, we were told it was the same one!! As soon as we requested the offered refund, all communication ceased and they haven't replied to continued emails. I feel sorry for the people who order the "new" series and I just wish I'd known about this complaint website before!

Fraud
I recently listed my complaint via this median. I also just filed an offical complaint at http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx. I encourage each of you to also make an official complaint. This guy has to be stopped!!!

FRAUD, DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENT
I too have been taken by TVDVDMANIA.COM. Anyone know what state they are in? I want to write that State Attorney General's Office. It seems strange the FBI and US Department of Commerce are not investigating this guy for internet fraud, deceptive advertisement, internet theft, and a host of other fradulant business practices. He is scamming customers out of their hard earned money and needs to be stopped. I lost money in buying the JAG DVD series. With the economy the way it is, he must think I am rich and have nothing better to do with my money. It's about time for a class action lawsuit. From the other complaints, he's now rich enough to afford a good lawyer. He needs to be STOPPED!!!

Customer Service Is a CRUEL JOKE
Dear fellow BENSON fans, I have to share my experiences that i had to endure with dealing with this TVDVDMania.com Mob, when i purchased the "Complete Benson 21 DVD Collection" last year.
The set arrived from an address in China, that i could not read properly, and every disc had fingerprints all over them, one disc was a duplicate copy of another, two discs could not be played at all, and easily 30 to 35 episodes were not even included in the "complete" series, including the last 2 final episodes.
Frustration did not end there, 6 emails were then sent off to their "customer service" link, over a period of two weeks, and not one reply was received in return.
They cost me about $165 Australian, and it is indeed an incomplete load of junk.

boxset of falcon crest
i bought the complete falcon crest boxset of dvds from tvdvdmania for my sister for christmas. apart from the really bad picture quality half of the episodes are missing. in this day and age are these companies really allowed to do this? also the discs are manually labelled i am absolutely apalled at this company. i have tried to contact them but no reply. something should be done about this! cathy

poor quality
ordered Boy Meets World Complete DVD set. Did not come within 14 business day as promised, more like 30 day. DVDS are extremely of poor audio and visual quality...constant freezing, fragmented, and stopping altogether.
I thought I was ordering from somewhere in the USA, but it came from China.

DVD's
Ordered compleat set of Third Watch for Chistmas present. DVD's are third rate copies and half won't even play. Sure wish I had run across this site before. Does anyone know if the FBI can do anything to these guys?

defective product
The DVDs that they sent are completely defective and will not play for more then 5 minutes and then each disc freezes and will not play. I though it was perhaps my player but we have tried them in three other units one was a new unit and the results were the same...the company will not return any email.

FRAUD
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ! What I thought was the full 4 seasons of Big Valley was home made dvd's, and of bad quality. Labels falling off, CD's scratched. This was suppose to be a present for my wife at Christmas. ADVICE - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! We are working with our credit card company to recoup our losses..
