Missing series and blank DVDs
Series - Murder She Wrote - Angela Lansbury
I bought the series and had the following issues. I have emailed them 5 times without any response.
Disc 1 Started with - It's A Dog's Life and went through to Death Takes a Curtain Call - the first four episodes are not included on any of the discs - in fact it should not be Disc 1.
Missing episodes are:-
The Murder of Sherlock Holmes
Deadly Lady
Birds of a Feather
Hooray For Homicide
Disc 17 - Very poor quality - has green squares flickering throughout menu and show - it is NOT viewable
Disc 22 - This is totally blank
Disc 28- Very poor quality - has green squares flickering throughout menu and show - it is NOT viewable
Disc 32 - Cannot select chapters
Disc 38 - Comes up as BAD DISC
Disc 42 - Comes up as Disc 8 and has the contents of Disc 8
Disc 46 - Southwest BY Southwest - very poor quality - NOT viewable
Disc 47- Is not from Murder She Wrote but in fact is "Murder She Purred" - A Mrs Murphy Mystery.

TVDVDMania takes your money and runs - In Sept-08 I ordered a set of tv discs. After a month they hadn't shipped and I contacted the company-10 days later they said they'd been back ordered.I have repeatedly asked Randy Meyer at TVDVD mania to refund my money but as of Dec 10 I have not been contacted. I have sent dozens of emails and filled out the online form to no response.In short, be smarter than I have-make sure the company has a WORKING customer service number and a contact address.

Scammers
On December 26, 2008 I ordered DVD's from TVDVDMania.com. Although I received a confirmation email, I have not yet received the DVD's. On December 27 (the very next day) they charged my credit card. I have called the number listed on my credit card (7782828099) but there is no answer. I have gone back to the website and emailed them three different times through the "contact us" option. They have not responded back to me. I have also been monitoring my spam folder but have not received any emails from them. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if they would be kind enough to reverse the charges and I will be asking them for a new credit card numer. I have googled the above phone number that was listed on my credit card bill and I found numerous emails complaining about the very same situations that others have recently experienced. I want to let major T. V. stations and Wesites aware of these scammers so that no one else orders from them. That you for your service!

poor product and customer service
i purchased two dvd box sets from this company and recieved both, but one of the disks was bad so i called and told them. they sent me a replacement disk which was also bad. i called again and was told in a not so nice way that shouldn't happen, but they will send me another disk. i waited and no disk. i called again they said they would ship it out again. this happened three times. on the fourth phone call i asked when i would be getting my disk the man asked if i had gotten it and i said no. he then called me a liar because i signed for the first replacement disk in feburary (the one i got that did not work). i tried to explain to him that was not the disk i was talking about and he repeatedly called me a liar, a retard, told me to get therapy and wanted to know how i functioned in everyday life. then he asked to speak to the adult in the house. if i can get a physical address i can file a complaint with the BBB, but all i have is a phone number 778-282-8099.

Defective Product
I purchased the Complete Gunsmoke 20 TV Series (153 discs) from tvdvdmania.com & the discs will not work in any DVD player regardless of age.
After several e-mails I received one response saying they would resolve my issue ASAP & they requested information about the type of DVD players I am using. After I responded with the information I get no response. I am out $166.00 & have 153 cheaply copied discs that are worthless!!! These people need to be blocked from selling these Chinese pirated copies in the USA!!!

fraudulent dvd sales
I ordered a DVD collection from this company and just like everybody else I got multiple (70) DVD's that were copied from bad TV recordings; the E! Channel to be specific. Since an address is not listed I sent numerous messages through their website to no avail. I have found three phone numbers (289-428-1081, 647-722-9393, and 778-282-8099) for this company, one in British Colombia and two in the Toronto area, and have left message on at all three. They also list an address in St. Marten which fails to include a city.
This company also goes by the name PlanetDVDStore.com, and TVShowMonster.com all offering the same merchandise. Every time my credit card removes the payment the company re-bills the amount. My CC Company wants me to return the DVD’s. All three websites have private registration and are registered through Domains by Proxy Inc. The company says that it will contact the owner with all correspondence that they receive. The owner can accept or reject the correspondence. They will release the company’s information if they are legally compelled to do so.

No contact
Hi. I just found this site online and I wish I had found it before I bought my items from TVDVDMania.com. I bought dvd's form this website with my christmas money and I was excited about watching them until I got them and discovered that most of the dvds are defective I have tried to contact the company and tell them that the dvds don't work but they haven't contacted me yet. The only contact I have gotten from them is to tell me that the replacement dvd I asked for is on it's way and should be delivered to my residence with in 9-12 days but that was about a month ago. I am very dissatisfied with this service. I was wondering if anyone knows the mailing address for TVDVDMania.com so that I can finally return my product and maybe get my money back. Thank you
